My gears on my bike?
When do I oil them? I'm usually riding everyday.
and do i have oil the brake cushion? It squeaks on the wheel when I'm pressing it as I go down hill.
it depends on the type of conditions you ride in. Usually once every week or 2 is fine but if it's dusty or wet when you ride, you need to lube your chain more. Make sure you use chain lube and not "oil" - you can get lube at any bike shop.
Don't oil your brakes - they could be squeaking because the pads may need to be adjusted or replaced. They should be toed slightly (so that the rear of the pad contacts the rim before the front) and there should be no metal on metal contact. New brake pads are fairly cheap and easy to replace once you know how.
