Any one read Power vs Force by Hawkins?
I am reading this amazing book by David Hawkins on the levels of Human Consciousness, and I am very impressed by his study.
It seems that most of us (85%) live below the 200 level, which is destructive, and only .4% is above 600 ( Which is the level of Peace and enlightenment) Seeing at what is going on in the world, and this country I would have to agree with these findings.
Levels below 200 include such things as shame ( the lowest energy and closest to death) guilt,grief, fear, desire, anger and pride.
When you think about these emotions, you can see how so much destruction can result from it.
How do others feel about these issues, and where do you feel you rank. Do you live in fear, or do you take life on with courage, non-judgement and forgiveness.
What would be the answer to move oneself up the ladder, and therefore become a person of Power, rather than force, and to what extend do you think religion either helps or hinders in allowing us to ackomplish this.

You must bear in mind that each and every one is given free will, and ultimately the choice is ours. Therefore, for these negatives to be in our lives we must have opened the "door" and invited them in! Again, with free will we can put them outside the door, and close it again In other words, whatever brought them in, put it right, and start anew by studying and/or by following the philosophy of the 4%.

To pray, in your own words, to God. Surrender your free will to Him (return it to Him) and ask, God and God alone to be your constant companion, guide, mentor, sustainer and protector, on your Path/Way, for if He is not, you are lost+ Make this your daily prayer, and you can be sure He will hear it, and His unconditional love will come to your aid+
Regarding the religion either helps or hinders in allowing us to accomplish this......
It is to each individual, that God gave His gift of free will, YOU and you alone. Now why would you give this gift from God to others, to use and/or abuse, control, you etc.? Ultimately, it is up to each one of us with our individual efforts to "help ourselves" after all it 'IS' our Path/Way and journey home.......
Answer: "We must help ourselves".
In conclusion:
There is no easy, no short cuts. Why? Because the Path/Way is Self-Realization, you would only be fooling yourself!
Guard your mind, as it the most precious posession you have, next to God+
