I would like to lose weight in 2 weeks, Can you give me some dieting tips?

I want to lose weight in 2 weeks. I gained a lot over the holidays and I can NOT stick to my diet. I am having the hardest time, especially over the weekends. Although I am working out mostly every day. With a spinning class or a kick boxing class right after classes. But, I can seem to shed weight. I need some help! Please give me some dieting tips. Also I am a very picky eater, and I am unable to drive for medical reasons, so easy and simple tips would be better. Thanks! =)

You have to burn off more than you eat. The trick to that is, you have to know how much you are eating, and how much you're burning. If you go on a diet or exercise program, you can't be sure it will work unless you know how to measure your calories in/ calories out. The key to success is to get yourself educated about these things. You need to know your BMR. This is your break even point where you neither lose or gain any weight. Your total caloric intake should be about 25 percent lower than your BMR. If you cut too many calories your metabolism will slow down, you will lose mostly muscle instead of fat, and you will just end up getting fatter in the long run. You also need to know how to *accurately* count calories of everything you eat. If you are not thorough and methodical in this you will not get good results. The simple tip is: it's not simple, and if you look for some simplistic diet approach you can't get good results.
