can i die a streak of hair blue at home instead of going to the salon?
i really want a blue hair streak and i want to do this at home instead of going to the salon anyways i can do this ? please help

if you have never processed your hair before it should be pretty easy. you will need bleach if you want it to be notiable...if you want just a blue tint don't bleach it or if you are naturally blonde it isn't necasary. Simply follow the bleach directions. Make sure to do your roots last as the color there lightens quicker. Yea, bleach is bad for your hair but just a streak wont kill it. Onnce its bleached (to a pale yellow) you can put on the blue. The bottle will probly say leave in for like 15 minutes but just leave it in for as long as possible. That kinda dye really isn't harmful. Good luck! Or if you don't wanna risk it hot topic sells cheap blue extensions you could just clip in.
