20 weeks and on full pelvic rest, What does that mean?

I am almost 21 weeks pregnant and I had an US done 2 weeks ago and they noticed a part of my placenta was covering my cervix. A few days later the OB called me back and said we reviewed your US and we need you to be on full pelvic rest and you can't have intercourse. Soo what does that mean? Bed rest, modified best rest, no sex, or oral sex? I was too embarassed to ask what that meant.

Pelvic rest only means no vaginal sex, i was put on pelvic rest when i was 20 weeks and doctor said it was safe to have orgasms and to even have anal sex (sorry if it's TMI, but it's better to know), it kinda means to not have anything inserted in your vagina. i was also told to not lift anything heavy and not exercise anything more than walking. After 6 weeks i came back for another ultrasound and my placenta had moved up and was 100% out of danger thanks to following the instructions, so it's nothing to worry about too much, just to be careful. I think you should still maybe call and ask to be sure if they want you to be on some kind of bed rest.
