Ineed a formula to figure out the size of a flat sheet of metal before bending.?

.125 thick aluminum sheet with 2- 1" flanges a .125 inside bend radius with a 100 degree angle. flanges must be within +or- .01 after bending.

u have to draw the development drawing ....on radius ...it is 125x2x22/7....=total ..and for 100 degree ...250x22/7 x100/360...=120...for inside ...add 125 ...for thickness ..=375x22/7 x100/360...
