Rewinding and unloading Zenit 3m SLR??!?!?

I NEED HELP!
I have to develop my film on monday but I just got this camera and even my photo teacher doesn't know how this works because it's so old...
Also, the camera store is closed on Sunday's. So I have no idea how to rewind and unload the film from this camera! PLEASE HELP!

I have a Zenit. I'll look for it and see if it's the same model. Can't be too different from a regular manual SLR.

Found the camera; trying to figure it out. Those crazy Russians.
