Will cell-tech creatine drink help you build muscle fast?
Im trying to make my body become a little more cut and was wondering if the creatine and sugar in the cell tech will cause your body to become a little fatter or will it help your body become cut if you lift hard and have a good diet? Im just trying to find something to help get cut and help me to lift a little more and become stronger.
cell tech will only bloat you out, you may look bigger because of all the water retention and you may lift more because of better leverage but that's about it.
cell tech will not make you grow muscle at all, it is actually an old creatine product. there are much better ones out there now that don't cause as much bloating.
there truly is no way to build muscle fast but you can build it much quicker than most by sticking to hard training and good nutrition and a good quality protein shake after your workout and atleast 2 other times a day.
