What jobs can I do in the medical, bioinformatics and forensics field if i study biotechnology ?

i have duchenne muscular dystrophy. i'm in wheelchair and have weak hands. I definitely can't do any work which requires me to handle forceps, etc. or lift anything. Are there jobs where I just need to use my mind and a computer ? Is it possible to have lab assistants assist me with stuff I can't do ?

I would contact your local vocational rehabilitation office. Vocational Rehabilitation is a state funded agency whose sole purpose is to help people with disabilities meet their employment goals. They should have the research on the fields you are looking to pursue, and be able to help you establish a realistic career goal, as well as help you with any resources you may need along the way.
